From the customers’ viewpoint, the technicians’ report provides a comprehensive overview of every asset on-site. Each preventive maintenance and service request is documented with photos, detailed written descriptions, and, when applicable, audio or video recordings. Afterward, a manager reviews the service to confirm its completion, and an electronic record is sent to the customer. If any deficiencies are identified, the technicians or project manager will document and provide quotes for those issues.
