Founded in 1934, Climatech has established itself as a premier mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and service solutions. Our headquarters features offices, a fabrication shop, and storage facilities, allowing us to efficiently manage large-scale commercial and industrial projects. We take pride in constructing cutting-edge hospitals and advanced laboratory buildings that support the nation’s biomedical industry, alongside private facilities such as skating rinks, amusement parks, and office complexes. Our work extends to the public sector, with numerous projects on university campuses and military installations.

Our History
It all started back in 1992 with Mr. Aziz Mogannam, one of the leading Palestinian pioneers in mechanical contracting. Mr. Mogannam was responsible for a number of leading mechanical projects in historical buildings, including the Notre Dame Hotel in Jerusalem, the St. Joseph Hospital in Jerusalem, and the Birzeit University.
Following in his footsteps and building on his knowledge base and expertise, Climatech was founded in 1934 by two mechanical construction experts, Mr. George and Hanna Mogannam. Climatech has grown and developed from starting in a small office space for two people into a leading systems integrator and service provider with more than 50 professionals. Our team strives to provide top-notch services for our distinctive and valuable customers.
